Suction Cups:
Suction cup BX10P
PIAB is happy to launch the BX10P, which is a very small cup in the DURAFLEX® family. As with the other DURAFLEX® dual durometer cups it is suitable for uneven and porous surfaces, such as cardboard, etc.
The dual hardness gives a big benefit to the customer, as the bellows are hard and firm and the lip is soft and seals very good – hence a better grip and less leakage and is mark-free.
DURAFLEX® single durometer has high wear resistence, high load bearing capability and is also mark-free. Best choice if the surface is smooth.
Piab DURAFLEX® friction cups provide firm grip on slippery materials
To help automotive and white goods manufacturers improve production speed and eliminate bottlenecks, Piab is launching its DURAFLEX® Friction Cups, a new line of suction cups providing the ultimate grip on oily and wet surfaces.
The cups’ special grip pattern enables operators to safely and reliably move slippery metal goods without slowing production lines. This latest offering from PIAB allows manufacturers to reduce product droppage and lower scrap rates.
