Phenix Automation is a stocking technical distributor with engineering expertise in pneumatic, vacuum and motion control products for automation.

Our friendly and experienced team of engineers will help you specify the best product solution to your application. We meet with our customers on site to see the application first hand and determine technical requirements, free of charge. Our specification services are also available over the phone and by email. Phenix engineers can also help troubleshoot specific product issues to determine corrective action and root cause. We will recommend a product fix or alternative that will solve the underlying issue causing the failure, resulting in less downtime and more efficient plant operations. We also offer a complimentary on-site application performance review to determine any issues or potential issues you may not be aware of yet.

Application Engineering

Phenix engineers specialize in automation technologies for vacuum, compressed air, motion control, sensing and measurement, deceleration and vibration isolation, and robotic tooling. At no cost to our customers, we get involved during project development to discuss solution options and help specify the correct product for the application. Our experienced team can assist with control scheme design, robotic tooling approaches, and development of requirements from an early stage.

We catalog and provide extensive product information on all of the products we sell to help our customers ensure they are getting what they need and can buy with confidence. Our sales engineers deliver on-site and webinar product seminars to keep our customers informed on the latest technology available that are relevant to their operations and machine designs. Free of charge to our customers, we will bring in lunch along with product samples and literature for an hour-long 'lunch and learn' where our customers can find out about new products and ask questions relating to their current projects.

Requests for quote receive rapid response from our quoting team, with reliable pricing and lead time on every quote. We can accommodate rush requirements and special requests to meet our customer's project deadlines. Phenix provides 100% order confirmation within hours or less. Stocking & Delivery

Phenix keeps stock inventory on a wide range of products for fast, reliable delivery. Our warehouse is located centrally in Rochester NY with standard ground shipping of 2 days to most locations. We provide scheduled delivery and blanket order releases for just in time delivery or future project planning, as well as rush order fulfillment with overnight shipping. Every order we ship comes with tracking information and delivery confirmation to ensure real-time updates on order status at any time. Any issues that come up with factory custom products or carriers are handled directly by our Phenix team to make sure orders are hassle free from purchase to delivery.
